Focus: The focus of this public FAQ/Self Help guide is to provide you with an overview, and details, about signing up and creating your Cliently account.

Step 1: Signing up a for a new account in Cliently is a breeze and can be set up in less than 5 minutes!

Sign up by clicking on the following link: 

Step 1-A: Enter in your email address. Now enter in the email address that you wish to use for your account login.

Now check your email...

Step 1-B: Verify your account. You should have received an email from Cliently to “verify” your account. Click on the red button “Verify Email” to verify your account and log in for your first time.

Step 2: Complete the onboarding form. Next, please complete the form to capture your information. Please complete all fields and click “next” when completed. 

Step 2-A: Personal Information and setup password: Please complete all fields and review our Terms of Service and Payment policy. Once completed, click on “let's go!”.

Step 3: Login for the first time. Once you login, you will be presented with a welcome message.

Step 3-A: If you are logged in with Google Chrome, you will be presented with Cliently’s integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot and pipedrive. You can click on each link to install the extension. If you are not ready for this step or you don't use any of the CRM's offered here, please select the "skip for now" option at the bottom of this pop-up. You can always download these extensions from the Google Chrome store at a later time.
