Focus: The focus of this public FAQ/Self Help guide is to provide you an overview and details about building Cliently flows with Video Message action.

What are Cliently Flows?: A flow is a list of items based upon “actions” that were added. For Example: Send email, wait 1 day, Send Video message, wait 2 days, Send postcard. (Per Action) Email, etc… Learn more about using Cliently flows by checking out our overview.

Please note: Make sure you have connected your email integration before creating your first flow!

Sending Limits: Cliently offers an ability to limit the number of emails sent per day for your flows. Be sure to check out this FAQ article to setup “Sending Limits”

What is a Video Message Action? A Video Message action is an item you can create to send out via email with Subject/Body message. Also includes a personalized web cam captured or uploaded video for your recipient to open and watch. Sending a prospect a completely personal video message goes a long way. Often, it isn’t the message itself or even how you explain it, it is simply that you took the time to create something so direct, so personal, and so easy to digest.

Aspect ratios: When recording, you will be recording at a 16:9 aspect ratio. You can also record different ratios such as 4:3 on your computer and then use the Upload functions to use your videos with Cliently.

Instant Action with Video Message - Please Note: With this action, you can also perform an “Instant Action” and send out a Video Message, WITHOUT adding to a flow. Click here to learn more.
