In February, we focused on the Cliently Timelines for our web application and for our integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot and pipedrive. We are working hard to update each month, based on your feedback in both the app and the extensions. At this time, we are pleased to announce new features in both Global Tasks and in Timelines!
In our web app, we have released a new Timeline feature that allows you to filter and view only the engagement results that you wish to track. We have made it easier to filter based on specific events - such as emails sent, opened, failed, etc.... Log in today and click on the "Timeline" icon in the top right corner of your account to start filtering by events.
We have added in some new features for our integrations as well.
First, we launched "Global Tasks". With these tasks, you can review all open tasks in your Cliently account and complete them inside the integration. No need to toggle back to the web app anymore!
We are also pleased to announce our first phase of the "Timeline" inside the integrations. From within the Timeline you can review all actions that have taken place in your Cliently account. You can also see the entire history of replies from your clients for both emails and video messages.
