Hello, from everyone at Cliently.

We're so excited to let you know we have made updates to our Settings pages for all Cliently account holders.

Sending Limits

What does this mean for you and your teams? You can now set a designated amount of emails that your team, and each individual user, can send from their account each day. This can prevent large quantities of flow emails from going out from your account in one day and allow your campaigns to run more smoothly for timeliness of actions executed. 

Setup of Settings > Team Members. 

Access your Team members settings and set this to your limit for your entire team.

Setup of Settings > Account Settings.

Once your team settings are setup the way you want them, then access Account Settings. Here you will want to do two things.

  1. Check your "Daily max sending limit". You should have the same number you set in Team members, but here you can set to a smaller number if you wish.

  2. Set Daily sending limit timezone settings.  "Very Important", be sure to use the drop down arrow and select your timezone. By settings this, this will provide you the correct "Due date" if any of your flows emails/video message actions reach the daily sending limit.
