Focus: The focus of this public FAQ/Self Help guide is to provide you an overview and details on how to stop flows from the Contacts view in Cliently.
Why disable flows en masse? In certain situations you might want to end your campaign (flow) for your contacts all at one time. This option provides you the ability to do this quickly and efficiently, with a review process of your selected contacts who are currently assigned to an active flow.
Step 1: Access Contacts and select… On Contacts, select one or multiple contacts by checking “all” or individually, then click on the ellipsis “...” button for the “Stop Flow” option.
Step 2: Review contact and flow eligible information. Next, you will see a window that provides information about the contacts selected, and the number of those for which a flow is currently “active”. Click “next” to confirm review. If you have selected a contact who is not currently in a flow or whose flow is already stopped, this contact can safely remain on your list as nothing will change for that contact. For this reason, you won’t need to exclude them from your list or go back to remove them if they have been selected.
Step 3: Confirm and stop flows. The last step of this process is a review of the selected contacts. Click on the red “Stop Flows” button to confirm.
